Ici, lorsque vous commencez \u00e0 p\u00e9daler en arri\u00e8re pour la glissade, tout votre poids est <strong>\u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re<\/strong> et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment votre corps est <strong>hors du v\u00e9lo<\/strong>.<br>Vous pouvez tester l'importance de la r\u00e9partition du poids : essayez de p\u00e9daler en arri\u00e8re (toujours en tenant la selle et le guidon) avec votre corps sur la selle et loin de la selle. Vous devriez remarquer une grande diff\u00e9rence : \u00eatre \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re permet \u00e0 la roue avant de <strong>caresser le sol<\/strong> et vous permet de p\u00e9daler plus droit et beaucoup plus facilement\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note:<\/span> Comme beaucoup d&#039;autres tours, vous n&#039;avez pas besoin de mettre les sangles au d\u00e9but, mais il est plus facile de tirer et de pousser en les utilisant !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, il n'y a plus qu'\u00e0 s'entra\u00eener, il n'y a plus grand chose \u00e0 dire !
